Personal training is a great way to invest in yourself. My goal is to improve my client’s fitness while providing an enjoyable environment! I assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop customized exercise plans based on individual needs. My programs are proven to enhance body composition, physical performance, and overall health. Many of my clients have a busy and hectic schedule, that’s why I make house calls. That’s right, you can take advantage of me coming to you, and workout from the convenience of your own home. In addition, I educate on many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. I put my clients on the road to a healthy, confident, stress-free lifestyle.
One on One Training
There are so many benefits to One on One Personal Training. For starters, you are the only person that I will be concentrating on, which means your time is catered to you and your specific needs, goals and personal limitations. Your sessions will be tailored specifically for you which results in quicker results. I’m with you the entire session, keeping you motivated, encouraged and feeling accomplished. In addition, I take notice of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries you may have, and your time will be detailed to include such issues. No waiting for equipment…No wading through crowds…and No feeling lost. I’m here one on one to guide you.
Tandem Training
One of the best ways to stick to a fitness program is to have someone to hold you accountable and provide encouragement. Start your road to a healthier you with a friend, and my experience and knowledge to help educate and motivate you. Just like one on one personal training, sessions can be held at the comfort of your home or location, and outside. Just remember it’s double the fun, and half the price!
